DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
The basic objective of imparting training in management subjects is to improve the productivity
and profitability of the existing entrepreneurs and developing the new enterprises.
MSME - Development Institute, Kolkata imparts management development training courses in the following
subjects :
1. Industrial Management
2. Financial Management
3. Production Management
4. Export Management
5. Marketing Management
6. Personnel Management
7. Cost Reduction Management
These courses are generally short-term (2-weeks duration), introductory in nature
and give appreciation of practical-oriented management disciplines. The
courses are minimum of 30 lecture hours and suitably designed to suit
the needs of small scale entrepreneurs and their supervisory
personnel engaged in managerial duties.
Course fee - Rs. 400/- for general candidates (50% concession for SC/ST category)
Certificates are awarded to the trainees on Successful completion of the course.
